Story Arts
A K-12 story-arts curriculum platform, built to grow.
- Brand Strategy
- Content Strategy
- Web Development
- Kajabi Deployment
- Pricing Model
The short version. Story Arts set out to introduce K-12 students to careers in the story industry through ready-to-teach curriculum. Roar built the brand, the pricing model, and the platform behind it, and site users grew from 240 to 560 in a single year.
Where they started. Story Arts had a vision for teaching the crafts of storytelling to young students, but needed a foundation to deliver it: a brand, a curriculum platform, virtual experiences, and a path toward future consulting. They wanted a brand strategy partner who understood K-12 education.
The move. Roar stepped in as fractional brand leadership. We built a new website, modeled the subscription pricing, shaped the internal and donor communications, and set up the platform to deploy courses at pace. Our background in K-12 education grounded every decision in how teachers and students would actually use it.
What we made:
- A new website built to grow with the catalog, with room for more than thirty courses
- A subscription pricing model
- Fractional brand leadership and content strategy
- Internal communication and donor communication strategy
- Demand content development and project management
What happened. In twelve months, site users grew from 240 to 560, the site averaged around 3,500 visits a month, and the team deployed twelve courses in its first year, a fourfold jump in course deployment. See the platform at storyarts.co.
